Message from President Higgins for the International Week Of Deaf People 2021
President Higgins published a special message to mark the International Week of Deaf People.
In his message, the President paid tribute to “our deaf community for all they have done to improve the landscape here in Ireland for citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing.”
