President addresses RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards ceremony

President Higgins addressed the award ceremony for the 2020 Folk Awards.

In his speech, the President paid tribute to Irish musicians, and to Steve Cooney, who received a Lifetime Achievement Award, in particular.
