The President and Sabina Higgins will attend an event in the National Concert Hall marking International Women’s Day 2023.
The event, entitled ‘’Daughters Of The Pirate Queen: The Spirit Of Grace O'Malley’, features the National Symphony Orchestra and in association with Polyarts presents 8 of Ireland’s top female performers led by composer and conductor Eimear Noone.
