As in previous years, President and Sabina Higgins opened up Áras an Uachtaráin for Culture Night.
The visitors were given a tour of the House, including the President’s study, and treated to performances by the Historical Harp Society of Ireland and by Bernard Lawrence from Castlebar, Co. Mayo, who sang songs in celebration of Traveller culture and ethnicity.
