President and Sabina Higgins hosted a reception to mark the 20th Anniversary of SPIRASI, an organisation helping survivors of torture.
The event was attended by Spirasi staff and clients and other key stakeholders of the organisation. Spirasi is the national centre for the rehabilitation of victims of torture in Ireland.
