President attends a symposium on Irish history, hosted by the University of Edinburgh

As part of his visit to Scotland, President Michael D. Higgins spoke at a symposium ‘James Connolly: Life and Legacy’ held at the University of Edinburgh. 

The symposium was co-organised by the Edinburgh's School of History, & Classics and the Irish Centre for the Histories of Labour & Class (ICHLC), based in the Moore Institute, NUI Galway.
