President Michael D. Higgins attended a concert to celebrate the Chinese New Year, which fell on Feb. 5th.
Accompanied by the Chinese ambassador to Ireland, Yue Xiaoyong, President Higgins attended the concert which was organised as part of Dublin’s Chinese New Year Festival.
