President Higginst attended an event in the National Concert Hall marking International Women’s Day 2020.
The event, entitled ‘Make your own Markievicz’, celebrated the many facets of the revolutionary Constance Markievicz, exploring the contrasting images of her life and reflecting on issues of nationality, ethnicity and gender.
