Josepha Madigan TD, Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht launched a new eBook containing speeches delivered by President Higgins at a number of State and local events commemorating the 1916 Easter Rising.
The book is the final initiative under the Ireland 2016 programme, and is available here.
