President Michael D Higgins attended the premiere of ‘The Valley of the Squinting Windows’, staged by Mullingar Arts Centre to mark the 21st anniversary of the venue’s opening.
As Minister for Culture in the 1990s, President Higgins officially opened the Mullingar Arts Centre.
