President Higgins received the Rt. Hon. Dr. Moses Francis Masika Wetangu'la, Speaker of the National Assembly, Republic of Kenya, to Áras an Uachtaráin on a courtesy call.

The Honourable Moses Francis Masika Wetang'ula is the current Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya, as well as leader of the FORD-Kenya party. He is in Dublin for a three-day visit following an invitation from Ceann Comhairle Seán Ó Fearghaíl, as a gesture of the enduring friendship between Kenya and Ireland.
