President Higgins welcomed Ms Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, UN Special Rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, to Áras an Uachtaráin.
Ms. de Boer-Buquicchio was accompanied by Prof. Grainne McMorrow, who is a member of the Council of Europe Venice Commission.
