President Higgins has recorded a message in support of “Make Way Day” 2021, an initiative of the Disability Federation of Ireland.
‘Make Way Day’ takes place on 24 September, and aims to highlight the problems experienced by people with disabilities by objects left on footpaths and public walk ways.
