President Higgins recieved H.E. Mr. Igor Grosu, President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, to Áras an Uachtaráin on a courtesy call.
Mr Grosu is on an official visit to Ireland from 27 February to 1 March 2023.
During his visit, Mr. Grosu will meet with a number of government ministers as well as Ceann Comhairle Seán Ó Fearghaíl and Seanad Cathaoirleach Jerry Buttimer.
