President Higgins received Ms. Frances O’Grady, General Secretary of British Trades Union Congress, on a courtesy call at Áras an Uachtaráin.
Ms. O'Grady was accompanied by Mr. Seamus Dooley of the National Union of Journalists, and Ms. Patricia King, General Secretary of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions.
