The centre features a display of historic exhibits and artefacts, with documentary films, photographs depicting the Vietnam War’s impact on the land and people of Quang Tri. The exhibit included information about the efforts of government authorities, local residents and international organisations to address the problem of unexploded ordnance since the war ended.
The President also received a demonstration of the surveying and removal of cluster munitions remnants, in a project carried out by Project RENEW in Vinh Thai Commune.
