President visits Skerries to mark the achievement of winning the Tidy Towns Award

President Higgins visited Skerries in North County Dublin on 6 May, to mark the town's win in the national Tidy Towns competition.

The President unveiled a plaque to commemorate the win, and paid tribute to the town's volunteers and community groups.
