Sabina Higgins attended an event celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the National Maternity Hospital Community Midwifery Team.
The event included speeches from the Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly TD, Professor Shane Higgins, Master of the National Maternity Hospital and Martina Queally, Regional Executive Officer, HSE Dublin and South East.
