As part of the annual St. Patrick's Day celebrations, Sabina Higgins visited a number of prisons in the Dublin area. She presented bowls of shamrock to the staff, governors and prisoners at Wheatfield, Mountjoy and Arbour Hill prison, and the Dóchas Centre.
