In preparation for the St. Patrick's Day celebrations, Sabina Higgins today sent bowls of shamrock to Cloverhill, Wheatfield, Mountjoy, Dochas Centre and Arbour Hill prisons.
In other years, Sabina Higgins has traditionally marked the festivities by visiting prison staff but this year, due to Covid-19 restrictions, she was not able to make the visit in person.
