Artist Robert Ballagh presented the President and Sabina Higgins with an Artist’s Proof of his new print, ‘HQ Moore Street 1916’, at Áras an Uachtaráin.
The print depicts the scene in Number 16 Moore St. following the evacuation of the GPO garrison in 1916 and was commissioned by the Moore Street Preservation Trust.
