Senator George Mitchell, former Intel CEO Craig Barrett and Dr Anne Merriman are among the recipients of the 2013 Presidential Distinguished Service Awards announced today. Uachtaráin na hÉireann, President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins presented the Presidential Distinguished Service Award for the Irish Abroad at a ceremony in Áras an Uachtaráin this evening.
