Sabina Higgins delivered the opening address at an event organised by Pavee Point Traveller & Roma Centre.
In her opening remarks, Mrs. Sabina Higgins spoke about the necessity of putting all the necessary services in place to allow barriers to be overcome and the tradition of breastfeeding that was the norm for all Irish women, Traveller and settled, to breastfeed their babies.
