The Offaly Traveller Movement celebrated their 20th anniversary in October 2016.
The organisation, founded in 1996, works for Traveller rights, equality and social justice. Sabina Higgins - introduced by OTM Chairperson Lilly Ward who said she and her husband President Higgins had been "strong supporters of Traveller rights for years" - spoke of the issues facing the Traveller community in Ireland.
